“The mischief-makers of the Earth are everywhere abounding.

The mischief-makers of the Earth dwell in caves within the jungles.

The mischief-makers of the Earth dwell in tension and in grief,

                                                      dwell in acrimony and under pressure,

                                                      dwell in selfishness and in spite.

The mischief-makers of the Earth share a camaraderie in a quest for power,

                                                                       in a willingness to usurp,

                                                                                   in the spreading of dissatisfaction imported from a foreign soil.

The mischief-makers of the Earth have souls aligning with a bloodlust,

                                                      have spirits silenced and ignored,

                                                      have disfigured bodies marked with the tattoos of man:

                                                                                                have pride in their tattoos,

                                                                                                have embedded the tattoos in vogue,

                                                                                                have to suffer tattoos no longer relevant.

The mischief-makers of the Earth despise the culture they were born to,

                                                      desire to stand out as figureheads with a cause,

                                                      grow a history of petty crime,

                                                                          of non-respect for ownership,

                                                                          of being disgruntled with their status,

                                                                          of ganging together in practising deceit.

The mischief-makers of the Earth cannot blame their intellect,

                                                      cannot blame their DNA,

                                                      cannot blame their roots,

                                                      cannot blame their associates,

                                                      cannot blame their surroundings,

                                                      cannot blame their means in life for what they will become.

The mischief-makers of the Earth should blame:

                                                                         when truth is present and acknowledged,

                                                  their application of their own freewill;

                                                  their agency to act with the lean and mean;

                                                  their deeds of life which fail to honour,

                                                  their inward attitudes which gloss over imperfections –

                                                             the lifestyles one small step away from violence,

                                                             the personality based upon the ‘I’ and ‘Me’ and ’My’ and ‘Mine’.

The mischief-makers of the Earth can graduate into the thrill seekers of the Earth,

                                                                           into the troublers of the Earth,

                                                                           into the criminals of the Earth,

                                                                           into the stuffings of the prisons,

                                                                           into the bearers weaponized for harm and death,

                                                                           into the endpoint game arising from the addiction to their thrills.

The mischief-makers of the Earth have misplaced ideas of leadership,

                                                      have misconstrued concepts of behaviour,

                                                      have lives subject to mismanagement,

                                                      have manners of neglect,

                                                      have attitudes awry,

                                                      have perspectives pointing down the hill to fog and frost –

                                                                        rather than basking in the warmth of sunlight with the summit’s vista.

The mischief-makers of the Earth encroach before retreat,

                                                      carry to despatch,

                                                      storm and stomp in the presence of frustration.

The mischief-makers of the Earth rarely come to terms with the management of money,

                                                      rather would be seen in spending all which is acquired,

                                                      rather would be centred in the here and now.

The mischief-makers of the Earth have neither thought nor time for God,

                                                      have neither sought nor caught a glimmer,

                                                      have neither wondered nor explored.

The mischief-makers of the Earth have difficulty with relationships,

                                                      have difficulty with presentation,

                                                      have difficulty with enhancements seen in fashion.

The mischief-makers of the Earth are the children of God,

                                                      are the souls at risk to the foe of man,

                                                      are the destinies likely to be defaults,

                                                      are the spirits needing to be loved and fed with grace,

                                                      are members of the brotherhood and sisterhood of man with averted faces.

             The mischief-makers of the Earth can become the annealed of God.”
