The Storm of Fire (3.12.11)

“The storm of fire invades the earth.

The storm of fire falls from heaven.

The storm of fire is preceded by My Spirit.

The storm of fire catches hold of the tongues of man,

catches hold of the communities of man,

catches hold of the church of God.

The storm of fire catches hold of all who love The Lord.

The storm of fire blazes in the temples,

                            blazes in My church,

                            blazes across nations,

                            blazes across seas.

The storm of fire is fed by My Spirit,

                            is spread by My Spirit,

                            is led by My Spirit.

The storm of fire is a beacon of The Lord,

is an endtime sign of God,

is the refuge for the lost.

The storm of fire produces visions of the flames upon –

                                                                      the head –

                                                                      the arms –

                                                                                  the hands of man.

The storm of fire abounds throughout the earth,

abounds in the remotest of the islands of the seas,

abounds in the congested cities of the nations.

The storm of fire abounds at the behest of God.

The storm of fire signals to the peoples of the earth,

signals all is well to the saints of God,

signals the onset of the endtime to all who know not God.

The storm of fire comes to stay,

                            does not fade and die,

                            invigorates with transformation.

The storm of fire brings confirmation to the wise,

                            brings trepidation to the uncommitted,

                            brings interest from the non-committed.

The storm of fire brings the seekers to their God.

The storm of fire feeds upon increasing knowledge of God,

upon the testimonies of the saints,

upon the statements of the recently set-alight.

The storm of fire encounters and surrounds,

gathers round a burnt-out candle so it can be relit,

gathers round the on-lookers so they can feel the heat.

The storm of fire moves as borne by a great and rushing wind,

leaps in bounds as embers are blown before,

kindles afresh within the brushwood the endtime fire of God.

The storm of fire overflows from the chalice of My Spirit,

that which flames as the torch of incandescence,

that which is the refiner’s fire,

that which skims the dross off the life of man.

The storm of fire impresses on the earth the seal of God,

                                                                 the claim of God,

                                                                 the presence of God.

The storm of fire is the firewall of the heavens for the safe-guarding of the soul of man.

The storm of fire is the shield of God which stands before satanic forces:

those who would attack the souls of the saints-in-waiting.

The storm of fire is the tongues of heaven being brought to the earth,

                                                                    being declared upon the earth,

                                                                    being instated on the earth.

The storm of fire is unaffected by a fire hose,

is unaffected by waters of immersion,

                            is unaffected by disuse.

The storm of fire is a salutation to the loving God,

is a status report from deep within a soul,

is the kindling for an infant who likes the warmth of fire.

The storm of fire is the gale which fans My Spirit’s flame into the inferno:

                                                                                 which crosses all divides,

which does not obey the fire breaks of man,

                                                                                 which circumvents the wicked,

which gently touches all who would reach out.

The storm of fire has speed and velocity of delivery,

                            has variation in the flame,

                            has variation in the colour,

                            has variation in the intensity,

                            has variation in the height.

The storm of fire opens mouths in amazement,

                            opens mouths in prayer,

                            opens mouths in praise,

                            opens mouths in worship,

opens mouths in thanksgiving to the God of love.

The storm of fire is not lightly dismissed by the ignorant,

is not dismissed by the knowing,

                            is affirmed by the wise,

                            is adopted by the thoughtful.

The storm of fire carries convincing fare in the inferno of the flames,

offers food for lambs who play upon the fringes of the flames,

brings cycles in the flames as they arise with additions to the fare.

The storm of fire achieves the ignition of the lighthouse of the soul,

                                           the burning of the light,

                                           the trimming of the flame.

The storm of fire tests the welfare of the soul,

                                    the keenness of the spirit,

                                    the integrity of the temple.

The storm of fire brings the balm of Gilead to so dress a soul.”
