The Extension of Life (17.5.15)

“The extension of life within mortality is at the call of God.

The extension of life within eternity has neither relevance nor a basis for conceptual understanding.

The extension of life within mortality is not always wise,

                                                             is not always essential,

                                                             is not always an affirmed recommendation from the governor with the keys.

The extension of life is a possibility,

                                  is not a right of tenure,

                                  has determinants for consideration.

The extension of life can have far reaching consequences,

                                  can be the death-knell of the spirit of man as determined by mortality,

                                  can result from a commitment unestablished within time.

The extension of life may not encompass the body soul and spirit of man within eternity,

                                  may await the second death of the spirit within the destiny of default,

                                  may spell the end of the spirit as created by God well prior to the mortal birth of man.

The extension of life –

                           exhibiting the neglecting of the spirit in mortality –

                                                                                                  results in a lonely soul with eternity for reflection.

           Eternity defies man’s conceptual understanding of the extent of an existence of equilibrium –

                                                                                                                where there is an absence of the passage of time.

The extension of life is granted to those who would be His disciples,

                                                   to those with a commitment in mortality –

                                                                                           which protects the spirit of man from the second death,

                                                   to those who know the beauty of the directing of the bounded soul.

The extension of life knows the intended functioning of the spirit of man,

                                  knows the necessity of the overcoming of the flesh within the soul,

                                  knows the repercussions of the failure of the spirit to subdue the soul.

The extension of life can witness the obdurateness of the soul in the presence of the spirit.

The extension of life can witness a change of heart,

                                  can witness a new tenant in a room,

                                  can welcome a new opportunity to make amends for past mistakes.

The extension of life can fulfil a heart’s desire,

                                  can meet head-on a new vision of a tableau refreshed by God,

                                  can establish testimonies of life beyond the grave.

The extension of life enables completion of a task,

                                  can impose consenting limits on freewill,

                                  can recall voyages of discovery not found in any travel brochure.

The extension of life can change the charter of the generations going forward,

                                  can change the commitments of the beliefs of prospects still sitting on a fence,
                                  can change the reality experienced by the shifting of a time frame limit within the mortal progress of

                                                                                                                                                                   a body soul and spirit.

The extension of life gives notice of the hand of God in action.

The extension of life gives notice of a sought request placed within the will of God.

The extension of life gives notice of the honouring of life in the esteem of God for man.

The extension of life is the affirmation of the intermingling of man in his mortality with God in His eternity.”
