The Restraints of The Lord - Edict 21 (30.3.13)

“Edict 21 from The Heavens unto The Earth beyond the mortality of man.

All of man’s journeyings are to be two way trips with a return unto the starting point.

             Man may not desert his post.

             Man may not encourage others to so do.

             Man may not report to man on what he has discovered or has found.

The multitudes of man are under the restraint of The Lord;

                                  are under the restraint of their tongues;

                                  are under the constraint of their movements:

                        while the call of their grounds for seeking mercy is before a seat of justice.”
